This is totally a non-profitable and non-governmental social organization established in the year 2007 with the help and support of the persons replete with the social services. It is registered in the Kathmandu District Administration Office. Further, it is registered in the tax office of Nepal for the transparent use of the funds collected from the individuals and partner agencies.

Mr. Sarkey Sherpa, an entrepreneur of tourism industry of the Republic of Nepal, is the founder chairperson and he is the key person to run up fund raising programs through various efforts and activities to meet the following objectives of the organization.

• Supply the financial help for education and health matters of the children of the parents who lost their life during the work of trekking and expedition.
• Run the educational awareness programs for the children of the backward and remote areas and provide them with the opportunity for the school assisting them economically.
• Run campaigns in the schools to make the children School-Friendly.
• Run health camps and distribute the medicines free of cost.

• Help children create brotherhood relationship in the society and prepare them to be able to compete with the children of developed nations
